We offer an in-house repair service, allowing us to act quickly and efficiently.

​

Before sending anything, please email us first so we can confirm if the repair is possible and provide an initial estimate of the cost.

WARRANTY & COSTS

• All products come with 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

• After this period, repairs are subject to a service fee.

• Even under warranty, shipping costs (€7) apply.

• Once we receive your item, we will send the final invoice with the definitive repair cost.

• Items are only returned once payment is confirmed.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

Repairs are ususally completed withing 2 working days after we receive your item(s).
