RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes. If you purchased as a consumer for non-professional purposes, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

​

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery

  • Be in original, undamaged packaging

  • Include all accessories

  • Include a copy of the order confirmation

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or use

 

Jewelry may be carefully tried on to assess fit. However, items showing visible signs of wear, damage, scratches, or other use will not be accepted for return.

 

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.Return shipments remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.

 

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, damaged, scratched, or soiled items

  • Incomplete returns

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products made to customer specifications

  • Items that cannot be returned by their nature

  • Sale items (see below)

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not refundable. They may only be returned in exchange for a voucher.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Prior approval is required before sending back any item.

  1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely in original packaging and add a copy of your order confirmation.

  4. Ship your return to the address provided in our return instructions.

 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 30 days after acceptance of the return.

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

​

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Contact us within 14 calendar days after receiving your order

  • Items must meet all return conditions

 

If there is a price difference:

  • The balance will be issued as a voucher

  • No cash refunds are issued for exchanges

 

Sale items can only be exchanged for a voucher.
