HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN MY JEWELERY?
Jewelry can lose their luster. This can be done by wearing them frequently, but also by coming into contact with certain products such as body lotion. Polishing with a silver polishing cloth can bring back the shine. A few tips: - Do not hold your jewelry while sleeping - Discard your jewelry during intensive exertions, such as exercising - Be alert if you use perfume or body lotion, there should be no direct contact with the jewelry - Store the jewels in a jewelery box - Avoid contact with water, and do not use detergent or abrasive to excel the jewelry

Laurence Delvallez ensures a secure online payment system. We receive a notification from Europabank whenever a payment is successfully forwarded to us. After the order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, it means that your order has not been received by us. Contact us if you are not sure. Payment data and other information are also only used for the online payment of your goods, and therefore not released to other parties.
CAN I RETURN A JEWEL IF THAT DOES NOT SAY ME?
The provisions of this article only apply to customers who purchase articles online in their capacity as consumer: The consumer has the right to inform him that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product. Customers who wish to make use of the right of withdrawal must contact us within 14 days from delivery via email@example.com and return the goods within 14 days from the delivery of the goods at their own expense. Goods that are in discount can be returned, but the refund will be made in a voucher. Goods with a sales price must be returned by registered mail or by courier to the following address: Vijfseweg 79, 8790 Waregem Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back. The orders are always sent, and can not be collected by us at the company.
HOW MUCH AMOUNT THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The jewels are always sent by registered mail, so we will receive a notification if the order has been delivered to the recipient. For a shipment within Belgium 6 euros is charged. From an order of 100 euros, incl VAT, no shipping costs are charged in Belgium.
CAN I RESTORE JEWELS?
All LD jewelry can be repaired at our studio. Please first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to report the problem. We make a distinction between production defects, breaks and normal wear and tear due to use. - We understand production faults: a stone that falls out of the holder, a clasp that breaks, a bow that comes loose. These errors are covered by the warranty, and are therefore repaired free of charge.
- By fractions we mean: a stone or crystal that is cracked, a broken chain. If breakages are the result of a wrong action, such as dropping the jewel, then the guarantee does not apply.
- By wear and tear due to normal use we mean: scratches on the metal, the metal coating that disappears, discoloration of stones and pearls, discoloration of leather straps, etc. In other words, everything that indicates that the jewel has been worn for some time. This normal wear is not covered by the warranty.
